On 31 July, BitcoinTreasuries wrote on platform X that Strategy MSTR CEO Phong Le said, “Letting STRC return to face value is the focus of the company. We will increase the United States dollar reserve, maintain the dividends and repurchase the STRC when the opportunity is right to do so.”
