Kalshi claims that the state of New York has sued or forced him to cease all United States business and has again requested an interim injunction

On 21 July, according to the author of Forbes, Daniel Wallach, Kalshi submitted a tough letter to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, stating that the state court action initiated by the Attorney-General of New York (currently referred to the Federal Court) would “forced Kalshi to cease operations” and “caused it to cease operations throughout the United States” and re-emphasized the “immediacy” of obtaining relief of the injunction during the appeal。
