LPDDR6 IS NEARING THE END OF THE R & D

On 1 August, industry sources revealed that the LPDDR6 (Standard for the Memory of Data for the 6th Generation of Low-Fiffusion Data) storage was nearing the end of the R & D validation, which was an important step in measuring prenatal deliveries. In March of this year, market sources reported that long-stamped tungstens under the banner of Changsung technology were actively promoting the landing of LPDDR6 products and had sent samples to their core clients, which were expected to be published in the second half of 2026 and to be imported into production. The information refers to a design specification rate of 12800 Mbps for long-duration LPDDR6 products, a operating base rate of 10667 Mbps in collaboration with the SoC (system-scale chip), a particle capacity of 16 Gb, and the use of 1295 Ball (welding) POP ( stacking) encapsulation, with a marked optimization of RAS (reliability, usldability and maintenance) over LPDDR5X (enhanced version of LPDDDR5).
