Apple sued OpenAI for the theft of a commercial secret in a heavy pound suit
On 11 July, Apple filed an indictment against OpenAI for stealing business secrets, accusing it of stealing, through a coordinated operation, relevant information about the unpublished products of apples. Apple called OpenAI an incentive for its employees to share relevant information, parts, drawings and other information on unpublished products as a means of developing their own full range of hardware products. Apple requires OpenAI to stop its behaviour, destroy all apple-specific information and redesign its products to be published to ensure that they do not contain any apple technology。
