Kraken launched AI Investment Assistant, Challenge Traditional Consultant
Kraken announced the launch of an AI-driven investment assistant designed to provide individualized portfolio advice and market insight for users while maintaining final transaction decisions in the hands of users. The mobile experience is goal-oriented and recommends investments after asking the users about their financial objectives, rather than letting customers navigate in charts and order books. Kraken states that its “financial intelligence” system keeps track of market conditions, identifies potential investment opportunities and recommends transactions, but does not execute transactions on its own. Each proposed transaction requires user approval. In an interview with CNBC, Kamo Asatryan, the Chief Data Officer of Kraken, stated that the technology was designed to give ordinary investors a market sense comparable to that of the most active traders on the exchange。
