Samsung announces 800 million new machine pre-positioned to stabilize the currency and encrypted payment tracks
On 5 August, according to CoinDesk, Samsung disclosed at Galaxy Unpacked 2026 that it would pre-assemble the original stabilization currency for over 800 million new smartphones, that the relevant capabilities would be integrated into a three-star wallet system, that savings and payments services to support French currency-linked savings and payments would be available to users without the need for individual downloading of encryption applications or exchange accounts. The three-star encryption layout started early in 2019 with the introduction of digital asset wallets through the hardware-separated security system, Knox, to support the storage management of encrypted assets such as bitcoin, Taifung, Wavefield, and so forth, directly linked to hardware wallets such as Legger Nano S/X. So far, Samsung wallets have covered 61 countries, with almost 19 million local users in Korea alone, and more than 1 billion active mobile phones worldwide. At the capital level, Samsung securities, Samsung SDS, Samsung Card and its three subsidiaries together spent $408 million in May of this year to buy 4 per cent of the shares of the Korea ' s largest encryption exchange, Upbit Operator Dunamu. The industry view is that the end distribution channels are stacked with a bottom-up infrastructure layout, and that Samsung is expected to be a central distributor of mainstream stable currencies, such as USDC, to fill the off-site gap in the daily payment of encrypted money。
