Department of Commerce: Countermeasures against United States compliance testing companies

On 5 August, with the approval of the National Coordination Mechanism for Counter-Foreign Sanctions, the Decision on Countermeasures against U.S. Compliance Testing Companies was published, effective 5 August 2026. In the recent past, the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has resorted to intensive negative Chinese-related measures that have seriously violated the legitimate and legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises. The U.S. Compliance Testing Corporation assists and supports the U.S. Federal Communications Commission in taking measures that jeopardize our sovereignty, security and development interests. In accordance with articles 3, 4, 6, 9, 10 and 15 of the Law of the People ' s Republic of China on Anti-Foreign Sanctions, and in accordance with articles 3, 5, 8 and 10 of the Provisions of the Law of the People ' s Republic of China on the Application of Foreign Sanctions, China has decided to include the United States Compliance Test Company on the counter-list and has taken the following counter-measure measures: organizations and individuals in our territory are prohibited from conducting related transactions, cooperation, etc。
