JPYC COMPLETED ROUND B OF ADDITIONAL FINANCING AND RAISED $38 MILLION

On 6 August, Japan ' s first certified Japanese yen stabilization agency, JPYC, completed the B round of additional financing, totalling $38 million (equivalent to 6 billion yen), of which the logistics enterprise AZ-COM Maruwa invested $6.3 million. This financing will be used for ecological construction and market outreach. The Maruwa project is aimed at opening the JPYC clearing line with some 2,300 partners and contractors to speed up the liquidation of funds with a stable currency to address the current labour shortage; JPYC is also piloting a line payment at Rosen's convenience store. JPYC is expected to be an important enabler for the application of Japan’s stabilization currency, but there is considerable competitive pressure on the track to include JPYSC, issued by the SBI Group, and similar stabilization currency products being prepared by large Japanese banks。
