On 7 August, local time was informed on 6 August that Government officials in Trump were considering postponing for several months the planned tariff on solar panels and other multi-crystal silicon products. According to informed sources, United States President Trump is most likely to order a related tariff on Thursday, but officials are considering a 90 to 120-day transition period. It is known that this arrangement may lead to faster imports by enterprises involved in United States renewable energy projects prior to the formal collection of tariffs. (In Russian)
