HK$46.8 trillion at the end of July, an increase of 4 per cent over the previous year

On 7 August, Hong Kong Exchange data showed that the total market value of the securities market at the end of July 2026 was HK$46.8 trillion, an increase of 4 per cent over the same period. In July, the average daily turnover was HK$30.72 billion, a 17 per cent increase over the same period. The average daily turnover for the first seven months was HK$ 28.6 billion, an 18 per cent increase over the previous year。
