On 11 August, according to CryptoSlate, the Supreme Court of Korea intends to amend the Civil Enforcement Rules to allow the court to require the exchange to disclose the encrypted assets held by the debtor within seven days of receiving the order and to freeze, transfer or realize the assets in question for the execution of the civil debt. The rule is open for comment on 11 August and is expected to enter into force on 1 October if it proceeds as planned; however, it remains more difficult for individuals to directly enforce private key assets。
