CoreWeave received an over-expected second quarter, with $104 billion in backlog orders

CoreWeave announced performance for the second quarter, receiving $2.575 billion, an increase of 112 per cent over the same period, which was higher than expected, at $2.56 billion. CoreWeave received a backlog of $104 billion, up from $99.4 billion at the end of the first quarter. CoreWeave CEO stated that the expected profit margin for signing contracts in the second quarter was 5-10 percentage points higher than the new contracts in recent quarters.
