Q2 FREE CASH FLOW IN 2026 RMB 37.6 BILLION

In the second quarter of 2002, the Group recorded RMB 13.8 billion against the free cash flow, offset by RMB 52.7 billion in net cash generated by the operation, by RMB 59.3 billion in capital expenditure payments, RMB 5 billion in media content payments and an excess of RMB 2.2 billion in lease liabilities. Our operating cash flow includes large AI-related advances to provide infrastructure to support the upgrading of the Hy Model, the need for the WorldBuddy and CodeBuddy reasoning, the Micro-Ai initiative, and AI capacity-building of our products and services, while meeting the growing demand from external clients for our cloud services.
