Goldman Sachs proposed to purchase Neos Investments for up to $2.25 billion to expand the active management of the ETF
On 12 August, according to Bloomberg, the Goldman Sachs Group will acquire Neos Investments with a cash-to-equity portfolio of up to $2.25 billion to further expand its presence in the market for the Actively Managed Exchange Trading Fund (ETF). Neos, which was established in 2022, currently manages almost 20 or more ETFs, with a power-based strategy at their core, with asset management of about $32 billion. With the completion of this acquisition, the size of Goldman Sachs ' ETF asset management will increase to approximately $130 billion。
