Deribit obtained a broker licence from the Dubai Regulatory Authority and upgraded spot trading services

Wu stated that it had been informed that Deribit, the encrypted option platform under the Coinbase flag, had announced the award of a broker licence (broker-dealer license) from the Virtual Assets Control Authority (VARA) in Dubai. With that license plate, Deribit's spot-trading service has seen a major upgrade: The off-the-shelf purchase, sell and trade orders submitted by users on Deribit will be directly routed to Coinbase Exchange for execution, thus providing a deeper liquidity support and hundreds of new assets to clients.
