According to CNBC, the United States Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is conducting an internal review of the market references of the predictive platform Kalshi. After informing Kalshi about the review a few weeks ago, the CFTC removed the reference to sports. It is not clear whether the scope of the survey covers all the topics of the reference market。
