Agreement between the Norwegian National Petroleum Company and Chevron to acquire 17.4 per cent interest in Namibian oil exploration licences

The Norwegian National Oil Company has signed an agreement with Harmattan Energy Limited, a subsidiary of Chevron in Namibia, to acquire 17.4 per cent of the participating interests in oil exploration licence No. 90 (PEL 90) for Namibia's offshore Orange Basin。
