Coin Bueau reported that the new encryption rules proposed by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) might reshape the way encryption projects are financed in the United States. According to the proposal, the project could raise up to $5 million in one-time, with only basic disclosure, up to $75 million per year for larger projects that do not require full SEC registration, and the provision of financial statements and ongoing reports that, once the team completes or permanently abandons its commitments, the denominated currency is prioritized as the securities state registration rule, including certain secondary market transactions.
