Crypto.com user account rejected and funds could not be withdrawn
Its journalist, Bradley Peak, has not been able to access the Crypto.com exchange account, which has been in use for many years since 13 August, nor has it been possible to draw on the funds. It described its account as “rejected” and stated that there were no exchange accounts under the relevant mailbox, without specifying the specific reasons or the timing of the settlement. Cripto.com responded that companies were required to comply with applicable laws and regulatory obligations and might restrict accounts during the review, but refused to comment on individual user situations. It was reported that Peak had subsequently been requested by the Platform to provide an external wallet address for the return of the funds, but that the funds remained outstanding as at 21 August. The information is now based mainly on the screenshots and communication records provided by Beincrypto, a journalist whose name is Beincrypto。
