Kiosaki: Educated investors should buy bitcoin
A well-known writer, Robert Kiosaki, renewed his appeal to investors to buy bitcoin, arguing that well-educated investors could better protect their wealth against inflation and the depreciation of the dollar. In social media, he stated that the latest measures by the United States Department of the Treasury were equivalent to quantitative easing, known as “print-false dollars”. Kiosaki stated that the depreciation of the United States dollar would drive inflation and penalize cash depositors. He stressed that investors who understood currency and acquired value-added assets (e.g. gold, silver, bitcoin and part of real estate) would “be richer”. Kiosaki had projected that Bitcoin would reach $350,000 by August 2024, but although that target had not been met, he had raised the target to $500,000 in November 2024 and was convinced thatbitcoin could exceed $1 million by 2035. His optimistic predictions have given rise to criticism that its objectives are constantly being revised upwards。
