ZachXBT: Possible denial of victim requests from seven jurisdictions

ZachXBT indicated that he might automatically reject requests for encrypted victims from seven jurisdictions. These areas include Canada, the United Kingdom, India, Nigeria, Morocco, Algeria and Bangladesh. This limitation was based on his personal experience in dealing with cases of victims in these areas. ZachXBT also plans to restrict access to certain support services through its soon-to-be-on-line website, but has not yet published its address, date-on-line or full access policy. He mentioned that he had had a poor experience in these areas when dealing with cases. Although he indicated that requests from these areas “may automatically be rejected”, this statement did not constitute a real prohibition and there was no evidence that he had prevented all requests from those areas. Victims still have access to local police, national fraud reporting bodies, exchanges and relevant financial regulatory bodies。
