The English court ordered the clean-up encryption company Key Coin Assets Ltd
According to Bitcoin News, English courts have ordered the clean-up encryption company Key Coin Assets Ltd. The British Bankruptcy Authority investigation found that the company did not carry out a genuine encrypted transaction, but had promised investors 40 to 100 per cent of the guaranteed proceeds and operated under a Ponzi scheme. Nine investors paid over Pound300,000 to the company, some of which were transferred to the company ' s director ' s personal account within hours of arrival. The British Financial Conduct Regulatory Authority (FCA) added Key Coin Assets to the list of unauthorized companies in September 2024。
