Five questions by D2 Finance on how to fill the gap after Term

On 24 August, the derivatives strategy agreement, D2 Finance, pushed five public challenges to Tori Finance ' s operation to fill the gap after the Term Finance incident. The questions included the early casting of 255,000 truss and not the direct use of existing USDC reserves; the source of collateral used for casting; the other half from Kraken's hot wallet; the transparency page showing only about $176 million (three basis points only) between buffer zones, far below the impact of the events; and questions about Delta Neutrality certification, high-yielding currency market positions and hedging. Previously, in the Merm Finance case, RockawayX Tori USDC Vault was affected, resulting in the loss of about 454,000 USDCs. RockawayX and Tori Finance subsequently stated that the loss was fully covered by them。
