Bitfinex Securities raise $50 million in monetized nickel

Bitfinex Securities will introduce a monetized security, ALKN, with products linked to the Luxembourg industrial metal platform Alkemya Metacore. The bottom core asset is a $1.6 billion stock of high-purity nickel wire stored in Switzerland, which is widely used in the semiconductor, aerospace and defence industries. Alkemya Metacore, through this monetization, financed $50 million for the development and commercialization of nickel products for electromagnetic shielding, aerospace defence, semiconductor, electrical systems, green hydrogen energy, and the recovery of rare metals. ALKN Opens first-level subscriptions to eligible investors, with a window period until 15 October。
