Ethena Foundation launched four ecological adjustments: repurchase of the early lockout ENA, and unlocking VC monthly
On August 27, the Ethena Foundation announced four key adjustments to Ethena’s ecology: repurchase of early investors to lock on tokens, push for matching tokens with equity values, launch agreement revenue buyback of the ENA governance proposal, and unlock future VC investors’ monthly tokens. The Foundation has completed the acquisition of all ENA tokens by some of the major seed-wheel investors, who have been in existence for the past nine months. At the level of currency equity alignment, the Foundation signed the Master Framework Agreement with Ethena Labs, where the intellectual property rights arising from the agreement and the full value are owned by the Foundation, with the ENA holders exercising governance rights; Ethena Labs equity investors no longer enjoy the remaining cash flow benefits of the agreement. The ENA governance proposal is now online and, with the approval of the Risk Committee, the net income from Ethena ' s full line of operations will be used for the process of repurchase of the ENA token. At the same time, the Foundation has reached an agreement with core investors to write off unattributed tokens and to eliminate the subsequent market push from the VC monthly unlock; the team tokens remain locked。
