Bitgo buys NYDIG agency transactions and related assets

On 28 August, Bitgo announced the acquisition of NYDIG ' s institutional transactions and related assets, incorporating derivatives, structured products, financing and capital market capacity into its institutional platform. About 30 NYDIG employees will join BitGo, and NYDIG ' s institutional transaction customer relationship will be transferred to BitGo with the business. Bitgo will integrate the relevant operations with its hosting, trading, clearing and wallet infrastructure. NYDIG will concentrate its resources on power generation, bitcoin mining and high performance computing data centre operations.
