Upbit parent company Dunamu works with Visa to explore stabilization currency and AI payments

On 28 August, the Block reported that Dunamu, the Korean encryption exchange ' s Upbit parent company, had signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Visa to explore innovative financial services based on stable currency and AI. The two sides will develop new services such as stable currency payments, cross-border remittances and AI-driven finance in the context of Dunamu digital asset technology and the Visa global payment network, and plan to link stable currency to the existing global payment infrastructure. In the area of AI, the parties will focus on the commercial-AI agent, who will search for the goods on behalf of the user and complete the payment. Dunamu also indicated that the potential application of Open Standard’s Open USD stabilization currency in cooperation would be assessed. Dunamu CEO Oh Kyung-seok states: “The spread of AI, stable currency and monetization will change the way finance and business operate.” This cooperation was announced two days after Visa reached a similar agreement with the New Korea Financial Group。
