Anthropic wrote the decrease as an increase: Claude Code was 17 per cent less on September 14th

Anthropic announced a permanent 25 per cent increase in Claude Code ' s standard week from 14 September. However, for current users, the actual level of availability would be reduced by about 17 per cent. The previous standard, if calculated at 100, is now temporarily increased by 50 per cent and users actually receive 150. After 14 September, the temporary increment ended and the new standard became 125, i.e., from the current level of 150 down to 125, an actual shortfall of about 16.7 per cent.
