New Code for the Encryption Market in Viet Nam: $383 million in capital for opening transactions

The Government of Viet Nam recently announced that, in order to open an encrypted currency exchange, enterprises had to pay up to $383 million in registered capital, a requirement that was considered a significant barrier to market entry. At present, only five companies have undergone a preliminary assessment, including three banking subsidiaries, one securities firm and one complex, all of which are non-encrypted originals. No exchange has yet been licensed。
