Chainalysis sued the U.S. government for ICE manipulation of the block chain contract

Chainalysis filed a lawsuit against the United States Government, accusing the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of manipulating a $95 million block chain contract. Chainalysis notes that ICE customizes the existing products and relationships of its competitors, TRM Labs, and gives competitors little time to prove that they can meet the needs of the agency. This contract of $94.66 million was considered the largest block chain analysis contract awarded by the United States Government. It asserts that ICE eventually rejected its bid on the basis of undisclosed criteria and is applying to the Federal Court to block the TRM contract, requiring full and open competition。
