Analyst Willy Woo: If bitcoin becomes a global "hard currency" unit price or points to $5 million
On 1 September, in response to a question from investors, Gary Cardone, Bitcoin Analyst Willy Woo stated that the current market value of gold was about $32 trillion, with a reasonable value of about $10.3 trillion if it remained a global mooring role. According to him, the traditional notion of gold as a “financial asset” was a “discovery” created by the United States Government in conjunction with Wall Street, and gold had in essence existed as a currency for thousands of years. According to Woo, bitcoin is seeking to become a global hard currency like gold, and by this logic the price of bitcoin corresponds to about $5 million/meth. At the same time, he noted that the global monetary system had operated for only about 55 years, more like an “experiment” than the hard currency history of thousands of years。
