Capital B completes funding of €7.6 million and proposes 376 additional BTCs

Capital B has completed funding of €7.6 million, which was contracted by Adam Back. The financing was through the private issuance of shares with equity certificates, amounting to Euro0.58 per share, for a total of approximately 13.1 million shares. Full recognition of equity will result in an increase of Euro49.4 million and the issuance of an average share of Euro52.724 million. The proceeds of the financing can be increased by 376 BTCs, bringing the total of Capital B to 3521 BTCs。
