Woo Tree Technology: Proposed changes in registered capital, company type and amendments to the company charter Cheng

On 2 September, the Waki Science and Technology Bulletin announced that the company had completed its first public distribution of shares and had been listed on board on 19 August 2026, with an increase in the registered capital from $36,407,19.06 million to $40,446.4 million, and that the type of company had been changed from “Steve Corporation (Foreign Investment, Unlisted)” to “Steve Company” (Foreign Investment, Listing). In response to the amendment of the relevant articles of the Charter of the Corporation, the name of the draft Statute is changed to the official Charter of the Corporation, and the matter is within the mandate of the Council of Shareholders and does not need to be submitted to the Council of Shareholders for consideration.
