Palo Alto Networks buys the AI Agent seed company Console for $500 million

According to TechCrunch, Palo Alto Networks announced a $500 million cash plus stock buy-in of AI Agent's original company Console. Console was founded in 2024 and uses AI Agent to automatically perform password replacement, application access and daily IT troubleshooting. Clients include Ramp, Flock Safety and Scale AI.
