Two Thai businessmen sued Tether for freezing 4241,000 USDTs ahead of schedule
Two Thai businessmen, Nutthawat Rukthamachalern and Natthawat Kasamvilas, sued Tether in the Federal Court of the Southern District of New York for freezing 42.41 million USDTs three months before the seizure order was issued. Tether had indicated that it had worked with law enforcement to freeze assets in excess of $440,000, of which more than $210,000,000 was relevant to United States authorities。
