GUTERRES: AI SHOULD SERVE EVERYONE IN SUPPORT OF THE CHINA INITIATIVE

World Congress on Artificial Intelligence and High-level Meeting on Artificial Global Governance17 began in Shanghai. The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Guterres, arrived in Shanghai on 16 September to attend the meeting.
