Trump: Disappointment at NATO's performance in the US-Iraq military operation

On 8 July, in Ankara, the Turkish capital, United States President Trump, expressed his “disappointment” at the performance of NATO countries in the United States military operations against Iran. Trump arrived in Ankara on the same day to attend the NATO summit and met with Turkish President Erdoğan. Trump said to the media, “I am very disappointed with NATO”. He said that he would probably not have attended if the summit had not been held in Turkey.
