France and Germany plan to study and develop European-controlled military software as an alternative to the United States company Palantir Technologies Inc. The French domestic intelligence service has terminated its contract with Palantir Technologies Inc. The German intelligence service chose Chapsvision in France. Following the talks between French President Marlon and German Chancellor Scholtz, a joint statement was issued, in which the two Governments would pursue a European sovereign digital infrastructure and assess the combined capacity of data centres for security, artificial intelligence and cloud solutions, with reference to the France Arcadia project and similar German solutions。
