The former Microsoft AI team created Skyfall AI, proposed a $1 million acquisition company and tested AI for CEO responsibility

On 20 July, Skyfall AI, a start-up company founded by former members of the Microsoft AI team, announced that it would test the feasibility of a fully operated company with artificial intelligence by acquiring a small B2B Saas or an electrician company, with the aim of having AI assume a similar role as CEO. Skyfall plans to invest up to $1 million in the acquisition of a real business and to make the AI system responsible for the core business chain of pricing, marketing, customer support, finance and operations, while reducing manual intervention. The aim of the company is to double the revenues of the acquired enterprise in the event that the experimental process is publicly documented。
