Minister for Foreign Affairs of Iran: action will be taken to respond to Trump's remarks

On 9 July, Iranian Foreign Minister Aragazi wrote in the social media about the remarks of the President of the United States of America, Trump, saying that targeting the Iranian people in “insultative language” would not affect “Iran's status and dignity”. Aragzi claimed that Iran would respond with “determinate and courageous action”. The same day, the Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Iran, Garibabadi, stated that the statements made that day by Trump were a reflection of the failure of Iraq ' s policy, based on force, sanctions and threats. According to Garibabadi, the United States had long attempted to subjugate Iran through oppression, but had failed to achieve that goal. (In Russian)
