Russia claims that the Moscow region was hit by a massive drone
On 28 July, the Governor of the Moscow region of Russia, Vorobyov, informed him on 28 July local time that dozens of UPVs had been destroyed over the past night, including in the city of Domodedovo in the region. An apartment building in Chekhov city was hit by a drone and the casualties are still verified. The crash also caused two fires and damage to one house and no injuries. On the same day, the Mayor of Moscow, Sobiyanin, informed that between 2030 and 0630 hours on 27 and 2830 hours, over 390 UPVs were flown towards the Moscow region, most of them being suppressed at a remote end and 81 were destroyed as they approached the city.
