Bithumb will suspend the NEO, GAS, and support the upgrading of the NEO N3 network

On 28 July, according to an official announcement, in support of the upgrading of the NEO (NEO) network and guaranteeing the stable operation of the replenishment service, the filling and cashing functions of both the NEO and GAS assets will be temporarily suspended. The suspension covers both the NEO (NEO) and the GAS (GAS) and concerns the network NEON3. The associated filling and cashiering services are expected to be suspended at 18:00 (KST) on 31 July 2026, pending confirmation of network stability, with specific recovery times to be notified through subsequent bulletins. The reason for this suspension is to support the upgrading of the NEO network and the upgrade of the Bithumb node server. The NEO network upgrade is expected to take place on 1 August 2026 at 01:00 (KST) with a target block height of 12,020,000. The functionality of the related asset transactions is not affected during the upgrade, but the user needs to be aware of possible fluctuations in behaviour during the maintenance of the network. Full value withdrawal requests previously submitted but not processed will be processed sequentially after system confirmation。
