Foreign media: Anthropic is adding a new feature called Redlect to Claude. It organizes user habits, common topics and task types into dashboards to help users see how they use AI.

Turn AI use into visualization.

The apparent effect of Reflect is statistics. It shows the most commonly discussed topics, the frequency of their use, and which tasks are more often left to Claude. Anthropic will also add questions to the interface to guide users to think about what they still want to do.

It's also strengthening product stickyness.

According to the article, such design is more than a “data look”. When users see how much Claude is involved in the workflow, it is easier to see it as a daily tool. Anthropic will also use this to move features such as Projects to the front desk and further leave duplicate tasks in its own product.

Add Rest Reminders and Privacy Notes

Anthropic indicates that Reflect also supports the setting of silent hours and rest alarms. According to the company, sensitive dialogue can only be presented in a high-level manner, the content of access to health tools will not enter the insight page and the data will not be used for other purposes.

Additional information:This feature is currently being tested for Free, Pro and Max users who have access to memory, and will be followed by a long view of Claude's use.
