Strategy management responded to external concerns about the size of corporate debt. The company disclosed that only when Bitcoin fell to the vicinity of US$ 800 to US$ 10,000 would debt risk really exert a significant pressure on the balance sheet. At the same time, management stated that the firm ' s current financial position remained sound and continued to prepare for the next round of Bitcoin escalation.
Debt Stress Trigger Down
In an interview with Bloomberg, Strategy CEO Phong Le stated that the company did not consider that the Bear City currently posed a real threat to the debt structure. He argued that only when bitcoin prices went further down to the vicinity of $800 to $10,000 would companies need to assess more seriously the debt-related risks.
He also mentioned that Bitcoin had gone through multiple market cycles and that companies had gone through similar stages in 2022 and 2026, so management remained confident about the next round.
Cash reserves and STRC become the focus
Phong Le indicates that one of the current priorities of Strategy is to get STRC back to face value levels. To this end, companies are putting more emphasis on increasing cash reserves and maintaining more resilient balance sheets to reduce potential debt pressures.
According to him, upgrading the cash position and a solid financial structure are the main ways in which companies control risk at this stage. This also means that Strategy continues to advance the Bitcoin strategy while simultaneously enhancing short-term liquidity management.
Continue the bitcoin growth strategy
Phong Le denies that Strategy has had a disproportionate impact on the price of the coin. He indicated that, although the company held more than 840,000 BTCs, the largest business holder known to hold the warehouse, that size represented approximately 4 per cent of the total supply of bitcoin.
He claimed that the Bitcoin market was much larger than the single enterprise itself and that daily trade was still in the range of $30 to $40 billion. By way of example, he mentioned that the company ' s previous sale of $200 million bitcoin had not pushed down the market, but instead went up in the relevant period.
Phong Le also made it clear that the company had no intention of slowing down the Bitcoin strategy and still wanted to remain one of the biggest buyers of bitcoin in the future.
