Some United States senators are expected to travel to the White House on Thursday to discuss with President Tripp the advancement of Crystal Clarity Act. If the meeting were to take place, the focus would be on reporting to Trump on the progress of the bill and on the next Senate voting arrangements.

Republican Senator Bernie Moreno of Ohio stated that a group of senators would update Tripp on the status of the bill and discuss the path they had adopted in the Senate. Moreno himself has been involved in the negotiations and claims that Trump has continued to invest in the bill.

At present, the White House spokesperson has not formally confirmed the Thursday meeting schedule. However, in view of Trump ' s previous public support for the bill, it is generally anticipated that this discussion will take place.

The bill is intended to clarify the division of supervision.

The core objective of Crypto Clarity Act is to reduce overlap and conflict in regulatory enforcement faced by United States encryption firms. In line with the direction of the Act, the line of responsibility between the SEC and the CFTC will be further clarified in order to reduce the uncertainty of compliance by enterprises.

On Wednesday, the Senate majority leader, John Tunn, expressed the hope that the bill would be submitted to the entire House for a vote during the current round, which would end on 7 August. As to whether the vote would have proceeded if there had been no agreement with the Democrats, Tun said that the Senate “would have voted eventually”.

However, it remains unclear when the revised bill will be published. Earlier this week, Trump again publicly urged the Senate to pass the bill, demonstrating that the White House was continuing the relevant legislative process.
