Roblox announces the launch of a new feature called Build, which allows users to generate basic games directly on the end of a cell phone with text tips. According to the company, this tool is intended for users who have no programming experience and can then continue to edit and share their work.
Build is driven by various AI models, covering play mechanisms, scenes, roles, visual styles and sound. Roblox also indicated that the AI proxy for assistive creation will continue to be introduced in the coming months for testing and data analysis.

Build will first enter the open Alpha test on July 28th. The first open-ended users are New Zealand 9 years and older who have completed their age certification. Users aged 16 and over can also post their work to users worldwide.
The Platform is concerned about the increase in low-quality content
The launch of the AI creation tool by Roblox also raised concerns among developers about the quality of content. The outside world is concerned that text-producing games can lead to a faster influx of low-quality, duplicated work, and more competition among creators.
The company responded that the Platform ' s recommended system would give priority to the retention of higher works. If the game wasn't played, it wouldn't get much more exposed. Roblox also mentioned that Build would provide free basic versions and pay options.

This function is part of Roblox's ongoing input into AI. The company has previously launched a basic model for generating 3D game assets and an AI chat tool to help developers. Roblox is also developing a new scenario generation model that can generate a 3D editable, fungible 3D scenario based on a single text tip.
