Grayscale CEO applied to sell GXRP ETF shares

On 29 July, according to BeInCrypto, Grayscale CEO Peter Mintzberg submitted Form 144 to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for sale of 2,611 shares of Grayscale XRP Trust ETF (GXRP), with a total value of approximately $5.34 million, equivalent to $20.45 per share. Previously, the founder Barry Silbert and Chief Justice Craig Salm had submitted a similar application in January of this year, at a price of approximately $37 per share, and Mintzberg was about 45 per cent lower. It is a matter of concern that the number of GXRP mobile units has dropped sharply over the past six months from 5.79 million to 2.84 million, reducing water by approximately 51 per cent, reflecting the fact that foreclosure pressure continues to outpace requisitions. The current United States current XRP ETF total net assets are approximately $971.6 million, with GXRP accounting for about 6 per cent。
