Solana Policy urges the Senate to vote on the Clarity Act encryption bill as soon as possible

On 29 July, the United States of America, Solana Policy Institute, wrote to the Senate leaders calling for the launch of the Clarity Act Digital Assets Bill before the Congress legislative window closed in early August. The bill aims to provide United States encryption developers, institutions and consumers with regulatory clarity and to establish a "non-monetary transfer" safe port for non-host software developers through Blockchain Regulatory Central Act. The latest version of the Republican party also introduced a new ethical provision prohibiting federal public officials and spouses from issuing or sponsoring digital assets, which will expire on 20 January 2029. SPI claims that the bill helps to prevent regulatory and criminal law enforcement from "excessively extending" to software developers and to maintain the United States-based building dynamics。
