DeepSeek version of V4-Flash-0731

On 1 August, DeepSeek officially published version V4-Flash-0731, which improved the DeepSWE list from 7.3 to 54.4, Cybergym doubled to 76.7, with some of the hard lists close to Claude Opus 4.8. The new version does not add parameters, the price remains the same, the original version supports Responses API, and the old user API will automatically switch to the new version. Only the formal version of Flash API, V4 Pro, is still under development。
