Gold price increases in the Tehran market
Data published by the Gold Jewellery Association in Tehran, Iran, show that the global market price for gold on Saturday (1 August) was $4043 per ounce. Accordingly, the price of gold in the Tehran market is Rs. 1.8733 million per gram (approximately 1,873,000 tomans) and the price of gold in the Tehran market is Rs. 247.75 million per gram. With regard to the coin market, the new edition of all gold coins (Bahār-e Āzād) is sold at a price of 18,7.5 million tomans, while the old edition of all gold is sold at a price of 184.5 million tomans, the sale of half gold is sold at a price of 95.4 million tomans, the sale of one quarter of gold is sold at a price of 53 million tomans and the sale of another quarter of gold coins is sold at a price of 275 million tomans.
